Disliked: Not a huge issue but the rooms are really sparse. Perhaps a few extra hooks/ shelf options for hanging clothes?

Disliked: Please be mindful the hostel closes for cleaning between 10am-2pm daily, meaning it is not possible to drop luggage during this time as reception is not attended. Make alternate arrangements if your arrival time coincides with this window.

Wonderful apart from the death...

Liked: Family room was great
Disliked: Nowhere to hang towels, the stairs are really steep and dangerous. At a minimum, there should be a bannister both sides, so you can hold on when carrying bags, or to grab if you start to slip. The steps are not even wide enough for my whole size 9 female foot to fit fully on the step. It's a risk that needs to be controlled before someone takes a dive, if they haven't already.
