We loved it and we?ll...

Liked: Love Annapolis!
Disliked: The bathroom floor was freezing! The front desk forgot to notify the valet when we checked out. We waited 30 minutes before one of the valets saw us waiting and immediately retrieved our car.

Great location and wonderful hotel

Liked: Beautiful hotel, great location, comfortable bedding
Disliked: Room was a bit stuffy, would be nice to open windows but I realize most hotels don?t have windows that open.

Exceptional

Liked: Best value in town. Charming hotel full of character, the exact opposite of the chains for the same price or more. Check in was flawless and everyone was incredibly friendly. The room was obviously updated, spotless and felt very luxurious. We had a room with 2 double beds and we?re 2 adults and our 16 year old. Smack in the middle of everything, don?t hesitate!
Disliked: Not a thing!

Nice

Liked: it's a beautiful hotel, the staff were very helpful and pleasant. the glass floor in the first floor sitting room is very unique and interesting.
Disliked: not crazy about the walk for food to the Maryland House the tub spout leaks all over the floor if the shower diverter is not pulled, even then the shower head is angled such that it hits the back wall and runs out on to the floor. the plumbing needs some work. the elevator control panel is ajar overall those things don't blend with the decor and quality of the staff
