Liked: It was fine for a short stay. Nothing luxurious by any means, just provided the essentials.
Disliked: I'm not picky but others might be curious about the stains all over the room. The bed was stain free though, thankfully.

Horrible service.

Disliked: Was in the hotel for maybe an hour - went down to the office to ask the guy if he could help us call a cab. He couldn't give us any numbers or get a hold of anyone. We went to leave and the cops are in the parking lot, guns drawn, and yell at us to get back inside. They arrested someone in a pirate suit and told us to leave, that we should not stay in this hotel. Went back the next day to return the room key and get $ back. The cops were there again and also an ambulance. The man refused to return any money. Do not stay here.

An inexpensive alternative

Disliked: It seems like it has gotten a little more shabby since they re-did it a few years ago.The street noise was obnoxious and the black out blinds didn't really work.The staff is nice .It was just so fresh and inviting a few years ago. Now it seems tired.

Liked: Very clean bathroom and facilities. Two beds and a good a/c unit. Fridge, freezer, microwave and tea and coffee facilities
Disliked: A bit basic

Liked: Location was great. Had plenty of things to do and restaurants within walking distance. Room was very clean and they were very accommodating with switching rooms to downstairs.
Disliked: Need black out curtains and some kind of slip resistant stickers or mat in the bathtub.

Liked: I like how clean the room was and how comfortable the bed was. We only stay for one night, and we really enjoy and had a very comfortable stay. Next time we visit St.Agustine we will stay there again. I do recommend it. The staff very nice.
