Historic Inn - Saint Augustine

Liked: It was fine for a short stay. Nothing luxurious by any means, just provided the essentials.
Disliked: I'm not picky but others might be curious about the stains all over the room. The bed was stain free though, thankfully.

Horrible service.

Disliked: Was in the hotel for maybe an hour - went down to the office to ask the guy if he could help us call a cab. He couldn't give us any numbers or get a hold of anyone. We went to leave and the cops are in the parking lot, guns drawn, and yell at us to get back inside. They arrested someone in a pirate suit and told us to leave, that we should not stay in this hotel. Went back the next day to return the room key and get $ back. The cops were there again and also an ambulance. The man refused to return any money. Do not stay here.

Liked: Great location and value for money for saying on a weekend. Parking was also included.

One night only place that...

Liked: Location. Decorations in room were nice.
Disliked: Owners weren’t very nice. Went and got ice in a cup and the owner came running out to check and see what I was getting ice in. I held up a cup. They escort you to your room and go inside and it’s uncomfortable. Bed was hard.

Never ever ever again! Never!

Liked: I liked that we had a good location for the fireworks on the 4th of July, but I'll never book this place again.
Disliked: The floor had so much Fabuloso on it(which does not disinfect) that you had to wear your shoes the whole time. I left in more pain than I arrived due to them trying to cover up 15 year old mattresses with layers upon layers of covers. Just replace them! Ants were all over the toilet so they had to bring a big bottle of bug spray to spray all over the bathroom(I had to clean a lot of it up so my kids didnt get into it). After towels being in the room for 9+ hours, they were still as wet as they were when i hung them up. Chair by the door was sprayed so heavily with a cleaner that it stayed wet the whole time. The water was lukewarm, never cold. The room wouldn't even cool down until dark. No ceiling fan. Fridge would barely chill a canned drink. Listing also states that multipe rooms feature a hot tub, but there isnt one single hot tub on site. It's false advertisement to drive you in! Oh, I also booked an accessibility room, but they gave it to someone who didnt even need it! They didnt give a crap when I brought it up to them, either. Very bad business.

Liked: Clean and beautiful rooms in a fantastic location. We will definitely be back!
Disliked: I have no complaints. Everything was wonderful.

Quick Little Getaway

Liked: Location was spot on! Coffee, drinks, food all within walking distance. Room was spacious, bathroom was large and the amenities in the room were unexpected and great.
Disliked: Nothing! It was 10/10!
