Stay away from this place.

Liked: The only positive is it is beach front property. There is a mini mart onsite for drinks.
Disliked: Sadly this was once a grand property, there are old photos so you can see it in its heyday. The location is wonderful. But you dont really feel welcome when you checkin and the Russian desk clerk is rude and tells you that you booked through a third party so dont ask the hotel for anything. Take it up with the booking agent and hands you a phone number. I dont know what money laundering scheme is going on, but there are college students using this as a dormitory so expect noise and marijuana smoking. The laundry rooms have broken equipment and is rarely available. The carpets in common areas are filthy. Some are listed as condos but I cant believe anyone would be living in here or pay a HOA. There is no maid service, no breakfast, no fresh towels unless you pay them $35. The pool is okay, but security hassles you. Before you can enter, you are given a laundry list of rules which I am 6 years old and dont need. I would never bring children here. There are lots of pan handlers, homeless and hooks bars nearby. Avoid at all costs.

Disliked: Elevator is not working water dripping from the ceiling very dirty everywhere in the entire property broken sharp tiles in the bathroom floor bathroom tub doesn't drain hotel smelled like marijuana only to name a few of the major problems

Liked: NOTHING! Worst hotel we ever stayed in. Had 3 elevators, all 3 broken. Had to use service elevator in dark, smelly, isolated hallway in basement/loading zone. Hotel dirty, smelly, broken hairdyer, broken lights. Smelled of urine & marijuana.
Disliked: Unfriendly, rude staff. We were on 7th floor and all 3 elevators broken. Had 5:55 am flight. Service elevator that we had to use to go up, would not work. Staff member there very rude and inappropriate. Chose hotel for location, but were afraid to go out.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Not safe, stairway was padlocked closed and only one working elevator. Gas leak maintenance workers were checking out. Did not receive the oceanview room we booked, had a view of the parking lot

Liked: This place was exstremly disgusting and the room was not fit human inhabitant.

Liked: The staff was very friendly. Lots to do around the hotel. Very historic looking.
Disliked: This is the second time I have been to this hotel and the elevators are not working. I had to leave work at four in the morning. It is very scary having to walk down six flights of stairs to get to my car. They need to get those elevators working.

Liked: I did not like nothing at this hotel I left the hotel one day early That's how I was disappointed the rooms weren't clean at all
Disliked: Elevator wasn't working the room service was in doing their job the rooms were dirty the Sheets Were and replace the towels were not replaced everything was old used
