Exceptional
Liked: The place was close to the main street. Walling distance. Breakfast was great. People running this hotel go above and beyond. Very clean.. Lovely grounds.
Disliked: Nothing it was great.

A fabulous find in Newport!
Liked: Our room was so clean and having towels refreshed every couple of days was fantastic. The owner was kind and had an abundance of recommendations for us during our stay. Great recommendations for food and entertainment. Would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing! Everything met or exceeded our expectations. I will say, the rooms online looked a lot smaller than what they were in person. We had plenty of space to spread out.

An excellent stay!
Liked: The inn was beautiful and very clean! The perfect stay in Newport. Location was walking distance to the waterfront and restaurants. Donna was very accommodating and gave us great recommendations for where to eat and what to visit. The inn is located in a beautiful home. Free parking was a plus!

Liked: Wonderful stay, great location. Very large room with very nice bathroom. Tasty breakfast. Tea ,coffee and snacks always available. Donna is a gracious host.

A charming place to stay...
Liked: Donna was very nice and helpful each day of our stay from check in to check out. She gave wonderful information on where to eat and what to see in town. The breakfast was wonderful and the house is beautiful! Great location and parking space was key as we could walk into town and not pay for parking!
