Liked: 0000-STAR For THIS HORRIBLE DISGUSTING DIRTY HOTEL! False advertisement! The rooms don not look like anything on the website ! This hotel appears to be a voucher hotel for the homeless. Rooms are dirty and disgusting ! This hotel has no amenities. It advertises a pool which is drained and is being used for trash. Hotel located high crime area. I requested another room which was more disgusting than the first one. Nancy -Receptionist gave a key to another room and there was people sleeping in room when I open door. Nancy agreed to refund room cost as we did not stay , but hotel did not honor its refund . I will never book thru Booking.com again as they need to do their homework to make sure accommodations are up to date. The front desk workers (Nancy) appeared to ve helpful at first then I felt like she lead you on with false information just to get you to walk away. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!

Pleasant

Liked: Room was fine, staff were nice. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The AC was extremely loud so it was a choice to see if you wanted to not be able to sleep because of the noise or the heat. The shower is enclosed so no light gets in with the curtains drawn. Its in a particularly noisy part of town too

Liked: Property was nostalgic plenty of parking
Disliked: Property has a nostalgic look, but kept up rooms were spacious clean also had a kitchenette which we were not expecting and up-to-date
