Frosty Fridge, Warm Reception.

Liked: Great ambiance. Even greater service.
Disliked: Not really a dislike, but felt we needed to point out to the front desk manager upon our checkout that the small freezer in our room fridge was in serious need of defrosting. Almost completely frosted over. She said she was glad to know this and almost immediately reported it to a service staff member.
