Liked: Only perfect is a good location.
Disliked: Room is so small and bed so dirty. There were no necessary amenities in the room. When you arrive, bring your own shampoo, comb, toothpaste and toothbrush, and bed sheets. There is no conditioner either.

Good for a short stay

Liked: The location is without a doubt the biggest advantage. Just 50 meters away in a corner, there’s a cozy bistro/café with a beautiful view of the roundabout. The neighborhood is pleasant and in center. Our room was clean and equipped with air conditioning. The blackout curtains were of good quality, blocking out all sunlight. Check-in was also very quick.This is a basic hotel, but if you're simply looking for a place to sleep and not spending time in the room, it does the job. Especially for the price, it's hard to find anything comparable in that neighborhood.
Disliked: Our room was located on the street side, and just like other guests mentioned in their reviews, the noise was very noticeable. Every three minutes, you could hear a siren passing by — extremely annoying. The bed was also very small, even by hotel standards. It felt like sleeping on a 140 cm bed, which was really uncomfortable.

Good

Liked: In a good location and with lots around. I used the room only and no other facilities so I can't comment about that, the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The plumbing needs attention. The receptionist kindly came and fixed the running toilet for me which was appreciated. As with a lot of French hotels, space is tight, so the bathroom was compact. I am not a tall person, so getting into the shower was a bit tricky to climb into the bath /shower no rails etc to hold onto. My room was on the street side, which is great for the view etc to see out but can be noisy at night, earplugs help.

Liked: for price was a decent room, clean and staff was pretty friendly and helpful.
Disliked: tiny elevator or had to walk up spiraling staircase to get to room. Walked all the way up to top and my card wouldn’t work to open door and had to go back down. just annoying

Liked: The location is AMAZING. It is a few meters from Voltaire metro station and has DELICIOUS restaurants all within walking distance.
Disliked: The worst part was just the door hinge squeaking haha.

Very good

Liked: Location was perfect for our meeting with friends and walk to Gare d'Australitz.
Disliked: It meet expectations
