The worst hotel I’ve ever...

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: Denied a refund from this property, despite having to book another hotel during my first night there since we couldn’t sleep due to the disgusting noises coming from the couple in the neighbouring room. They were like animals for the entire night. Tried to sleep at 10pm and managed to get a total of 15 minutes sleep before my alarm went off. During the night someone also touched the outside lock of our room and other rooms down the hallway with their key card, which made us question the safety of this property and was another reason for us to seek another hotel. You could hear every single noise from every room and every bit of movement in the hallway. There was a crack in the top of our door which let all the light in from the hallway too. When we left the next day, the man at the counter could not of cared less. Zero empathy shown for our situation and just horrible. We stayed at the other hotel for the remainder of our trip, but this hotel ruined a full day for us since we were completely sleep deprived and beyond distressed with what had happened that night. This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed in. I’ve stayed in hostels that were better and it was a truly horrific experience and has left a stain on my first experience in Paris. Avoid this place and spend a bit more money for a nicer hotel.

It's ok

Liked: The location is great with a lot of transport links to central Paris. Not the cleanest room. The room wall behind the bed was full of dust don't know from how many days(be mindful if you've dust allergy). Notified to the staff at reception straightaway but no action was taken. But staff at reception are great though. The room has minimal facilities itself. All in all it wasn't a bad experience.
Disliked: Cleanliness, no Fridge n microwave facility in the room, bathroom very small. Can be very hot in summer the room and if you open the window it's too noisy outside because of the restaurant right underneath.

Very good

Liked: Super amazing value for what you're paying! We were in Paris for the last night before our flight and we wanted somewhere cheap but still nice. This place was great for that, the room was nice and comfortable and had all the essentials. There is also a lot in the area, tons of restaurants, stores, bars, everything you need.
Disliked: There is not an elevator so you have to walk up stairs. It isn't too bad because there are only a few floors but may be difficult with a lot of luggage.
