Very good

Good hotel.. shame about the...

Liked: Good stay for family.
Disliked: We were woken up at 4am by what appeared to be staff from an adjoining bar/pub. When asked to be quiet they continued drinking and loudly talking until around 5:30am.

Disliked: The comfort clean stay cleaners and office very polite and helpful

Superb

Liked: The location was fantastic. Hotel for food, bottle next door. Supermarkets close by. Room is lovely.
Disliked: A little noisy till around 10pm. Then no worries.

Liked: Good price. Great location; close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Friendly staff. Clean, spacious, and modern room. Free parking.
Disliked: The exterior of the hotel unfortunately did not match how nice the interior of the hotel room was. The balcony is shared with other guests.

I would recommend this hotel...

Liked: The room was very clean and well stocked with everything I needed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the best part of my stay. Check in was quick and the lady at the desk was very helpful. I was able to get a parking spot right outside my room door which was a bonus. The hotel is also ideally located next door to a shopping centre with great takeaway choices, as well as Coles and Aldi - very convenient!
Disliked: The interconnecting doors between the rooms meant I could sometimes hear the people in the neighbouring room.

Good - but definitely not...

Liked: Great staff, great location, great price.
Disliked: Dragging all my belongings up the stairs to get to the room. The noise from the patrons/revelers in the nearby bar/pub was quite loud and interrupted our sleep. I had my 10 year old daughter with me and the swearing of the patrons was very loud and upset her. If I had known that the rooms were so close to a noisy pub/bar and that my child would have to listen to drunk swearing men all night, I wouldn't have booked here. I am aware that this may have been a once off and possibly not something that the hotel staff can control.
