Liked: Great bed, very clean, kind people, free glass of wine!
Disliked: I like to find tissues. Couldn't watch Netflix because I didn't recall all my passwords, wish tv was more straightforward, that's all. Shower caps are needed for the very high head, and I found the water pressure low. Small issues in an otherwise excellent budget accommodation option.

Liked: Staff were excellent especially after a family member had an incident in the room which resulted in damage and injuries. Assisted and followed up afterwards.
Disliked: Garbage truck comes to clean bins very early and twice very early one morning. Also family room didn’t have enough crockery to cover number of beds considering the room had a kitchen.

Liked: The room was spacious, and was good to overlook river
Disliked: Looking out the window I noticed that there were a few weeds growing on the sides of the balcony, and looked like it could do with being power washed.The shelf under the sink in bathroom had not been wiped down and was dirty at the back of it.
