Disappointing

Liked: Room was clean and tidy
Disliked: Unable to upgrade our room to accommodate an extra adult due to the night manager's inability to understand what we were asking, resulting in our extra adult having to stay at The Commercial. When we called there were 2 family rooms but the next morning they were booked. When we took the 3rd adult to check in, she had 2 two pack biscuits to have with coffee. When we got back to our room, no biscuits. When we enquired at reception about biscuits they didn't have any so we received 2 complimentary breakfast boxes. Thank you. Then our travelling companion at The Commercial received a voucher for a free drink and 10% off her meal. I fail to understand how 2 pubs with Nightcap, do not offer the same benefits/rewards for chosing Nightcap. All of this could have easily been avoided had the night manager been able to upgrade our accommodation to a family room which was available at the time of our call, and not be told don't worry about it we will fix it tomorrow, which turned out too late, as the 2 previously available rooms were booked.Day blinds should be installed to allow guests to open the blinds without everyone being able to see in

Liked: It was clean, comfortable and handy to facilities. Close to the motorway to get on the road the next day.
Disliked: Very noisy outside. Young children allowed to run around till late.

Liked: Toilet were clean, clean beds but rest needed more cleaning
Disliked: The trash outside smelled so baad
