Booked blind for somewhere near Brudenell Social Club, and not knowing area. Really impressed; warm welcome; friendly staff; grounds of hotel very impressive. Very good value and have already recommended to friends.

Liked: Didn't get up in time for breakfast due to finishing work at 3am, paxton entry system in the early hours after my shift felt secure and easy. Hotel was very quiet and has a pleasant feeling about the place.Complementary coffee, water and biscuits is an amazing touch.
Disliked: Breakfast could've run a little later in the morning, that was my only gripe.

Liked: Good Breakfast. Rooms are basic but functional & nice & quiet as is set back from the road.
Disliked: Rooms could have had a little more to them, but as mentioned, clean & everything you need for a 1 or 2 night stay if you have plans to go into Leeds.
