Perfect location for our overnight stay to attend a concert at the Barbican. It was a 10 minute walk.

Liked: Good hotel. Very clean room with comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Excellent buffet breakfast included within the price.
Disliked: Having to pay for car parking per night. It should be free if you are a hotel guest.

It was okay but not...

Disliked: The fact we could hear a air conditioning unit on full power all night, must of been very close to the facilities room.

Disliked: Not very clean or well maintained a lot of Broken parts in room especially shower didn’t work well and didn’t drain and smelled when it did..Also very noisy and door closers making doors slam all hours of the night big bangs!!Milk left on balcony when got there obviously not checked or cleaned.Staff never asked how the stay was or anything,Also security teams on door, quite rude not all but some of them, assuming they where there for the races ?!
