Perfect location for our overnight stay to attend a concert at the Barbican. It was a 10 minute walk.

Liked: Good hotel. Very clean room with comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Excellent buffet breakfast included within the price.
Disliked: Having to pay for car parking per night. It should be free if you are a hotel guest.

It's Nice.

Liked: The location was really good. It was clean & tidy. Not sure if was worth £130 per night.
Disliked: The bathroom was very small, not a good shower, expected more for the price.

Exceptional

Fair price, and excellent location.

Liked: Conveniently situated, and the staff were very courteous. The brekfast was very good.
Disliked: The bathroom was very small, with a shower in the bath. There was little room, and accessing and using the shower was hazardous.

Liked: Excellent breakfast options and helpful staff
Disliked: Room was very warm and TV option was poor

Lovely stay for the night....

Liked: The hotel was nice, clean and the staff were lovely. The breakfast was nice and had a good selection. The mattress was comfortable. The location was only a 10 minute walk to the main city centre.
Disliked: It's only personal preference but the pillows were too soft! Maybe have one soft and one hard pillow??
