My daughter and I stayed here for her birthday. Rooms were clean and roomy. We had breakfast on site and it was very good.

Liked: Breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing.

Overall it was a pleasant...

Liked: Beds were super comfortable. Room was very clean. Plenty of parking. Toiletries were excellent. Great views. Food was delicious! (Dinner only, did not get the breakfast). Location was great as we could walk to the shopping centers/malls/restaurants.
Disliked: It seemed that the walls were on the thin side as we could hear noise/voices from neighbors. Also, nothing that the hotel could do about but we could hear cars burning rubber outside. We could also hear a dog barking at around 11:30 at night due to a family being extremely loud in the hallway. If it hadn't been for these annoyances, I would have rated my stay as a 10.

Liked: Super comfortable beds and pillowsHuge roomsOnly hotel I've come across in Los Angeles with two king beds. Staff were so nice and helpful especially Jeffrey
Disliked: The AC is very very loud. Like tornado loud.

You don't have to be...

Disliked: Paper cups for hot drinks??? Crazy.Wifi hoops to jump through for access, and unless you have a promo coupon you pay a stupid amount. !!! Crazy Fridge that won't cool, and timed shut offs so your meds cook.! Crazy.The smell of weed, Marijuana in the halls. Crazy.
