Customer service and all round...

Liked: Nice modern spacious roomlovely viewsVery convenient location
Disliked: Very disappointed that Hilton cannot include Parking for guests. Paying £17 per day for parking is poor.Was checked into a room right by lift but they moved us to lovely room.

Very nice hotel with excellent...

Liked: Clean, modern, stylish. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Only bad points. Room: needs better hairdryer and coffee. Breakfast: food wasn’t restocked or were slow to restock. Bar: slow service from staff.
