Hilton Winnipeg Airport Suites

Clean, spacious room, staff on arrival were very pleasant and helpful. On checkout, though, I asked for a printed record of my bill and was instead told "it will be on somethingsomething.com." Was in a hurry so didn't fight, but shouldn't have to. I thought printed records of a guest's expenses were automatic.

Disliked: The hotel is getting very run down. Hotel does not feel safe.

Disliked: There were several issues with cleanliness in common areas. The place was crawling with security which made you feel like there were issues with clientele . The fire alarm was activated twice although there was no fire which resulted in my grand daughter being afraid to go to sleep

Disliked: Sucks that when you book they don’t tell you the pool/hot tub doesn’t work. Stayed there twice now and it was never mentioned but that is why we picked that hotel.
