Disliked: We were given a senior room with disabled bathroom. Washbasin was low. We were told we booked a senior room when in fact we hadnt.We were told by receptionist that I would get Hilton Honours points which I didn't.

Liked: The location easy to get to good facilities around the area.
Disliked: First thing, lamp next to bed did not work bulb had blown on the other side worked fine. You would’ve thought it would’ve been checked by staff. The bed uncomfortable pillows atrocious they are so soft no support at all there was four pillows on my bed. I used all 4 to try to go to sleep last night. My head was literally touching the mattress nearly. It was so uncomfortable and feel shattered this morning.

Disliked: Sadly the property is looking very dated, furniture in room was scuffed and shabby. No USB port for charging phones.Towels in bathroom were crispy and rough smelt burn like had been dry to long in a dryer.Fold out sofa bed was stained, would have expected better attention to details.For a room for three adults was a tiny fan not sufficient for size of room.Booked for 3 adults room only provided 2 cups for a hot drink.Breakfast was overpriced at 15 pounds person and 20 on the day if you hadn’t booked, car park charges 10 pounds per night.After coughing up near 500 pounds for 1 nights stay, would have expected free parking.
