Liked: Good rooms good location clean hotel room
Disliked: When previously visiting the staff were great and even gave my partner complimentary parking, this time round I had to pay for a £50 deposit which was not required previously and they ended up charging me for two cars which was never done previously so I didn’t appreciate the tone of the receptionist as well as the fact that I didn’t get my full deposit back either

Liked: I have no comment.
Disliked: The facility was not properly cleaned for a four star hotel. The toilet in room 332 had a stain of poo from the previous guest. It was however promptly cleaned AFTER our complaint, but ought to have been properly cleaned prior to allocating the room to a guest.There was no sky sports facility in the complex for a 4 star rated hotel and a brand name such as HILTON!!!

Ideal hotel for what we...

Liked: Ideal location. Clean and comfy rooms.
Disliked: The breakfast and the coffee was cold.

Liked: Hotel room was very outdated, looks nothing like the photos on the ad, no lighting in the room apart from lamps next to the bed, and stains on sheets and chair.On the flip side food was good and staff were lovely

Good for a one night...

Liked: I liked the staff and the foyer was lovely. The music outside was a nice touch as well.
Disliked: The outer exterior could look better and the shower head could use a deeper clean
