Liked: I needed something after a late night flight to prepare for easier transit to work, and this one accommodated. The hotel overall is a nice space, but I wasn't there long enough to really enjoy some of the amenities. But I was able to accomplish some work effectively.
Disliked: Parking was far away. The rooms, while nice in design, seemed really outdated. There was an electrical issue with one of the outlets, that didn't charge my laptop in the night. Hotel is built like a huge roundabout, and with my room on the backside, it was a LONG walk in boots to get back to my room after a long day.

Disliked: I had spent 1 day in this hotel. I used the shuttle service and the driver had broken 3 of my high brand luggages by dropping them out of the shuttle “intentionally”. I had provided the hotel with all detailes, including the exact time, pictures and requested them to check the shuttle’s dash-cam. I had requested a compensation for the luggages only. And they did NOTHING, and refused to compensate me or even apologise for the problem!! It is so disappointing from such a famous hotel series to damage the guests’ properties without taking the minimal responsibility. Giving you the choice to reconsider dealing with such an irresponsible hotel series.

Liked: The room is spacious, clean and has all you need before you go on your trip.
Disliked: I think the breakfast is way overpriced, but complete.

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel and room is beautiful ! It’s clean, comfortable, and convenient. My family really enjoyed the pool area ! The hallways are long but they have elevators on both ends of the halls.
