I enjoyed my stay at...
Liked: Classy as one would expect from Hilton. Well adorned building, elevators and rooms. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were surprisingly comfortable.

The quality of the bed...
Liked: Excellent bed and shower. Speedy check-in and out (though it would have been nice to have been warned that the room key was needed for exit from the parking garage.
Disliked: Internet access. The log-in was diabolical apparently requiring joining Hilton Honors without allowing for the possibility you might have joined previously. It shouldn't appear to be required at all and certainly shouldn't crash as it did twice before succeeding.

Very nice hotel on main...
Liked: The front desk staff was exceptionally courteous. There was a West African woman who was especially polite and helpful. The waitress at the hotel's restaurant was very courteous and cordial as well. The cleaning staff was also professional. It was nice to have a comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, a nice refrigerator, and a decent-sized desk for my laptop and some documents I brought to read.
Disliked: I was in room 636. The room had some wallpaper near the sofa that looked a little shoddy. The HVAC system had a decorative part near the bottom that had come loose. The room did not have a microwave for my leftovers. The Internet was slow. I hope no Internet service my first night.

Comfortable long-stay at The Hilton
Liked: Friendly staff assisted us from the beginning of our 2-week stay, right to the end. They assisted us in sorting out a problem with Booking.com, which was not fed through to their system. Booking.com initially suggested that we either cancel or re-locate, but it got sorted out after an hour's telephonic discussions. Our room was even upgraded by the hotel.The room is spacious and comfortable with a work station, couch, bar fridge, ironing board and iron, safety deposit box and coffee station. The walk-in shower is a bonus. The hotel is opposite a grocery shop, close to various restaurants and shops, as well as within walking distance from the Metro.The guest laundry room makes life easier for long stays.
Disliked: Booking.com.com should please sort out their booking system with the hotel. It is the first time during my experience of more than about 20 different bookings that I arrived at a hotel and got informed that they have not received my fully paid booking!
