Worst Hilton ever
Liked: Beds are ok (as they should in Hilton), rooms are spacious.
Disliked: This is worst Hilton I've seen and I visited a lot of them all over the world.Nobody welcomes you in front of the hotel, there's no valet. You have to pick your luggage by yourself and take it to your room. Also, you have to find a parking by yourself too.Check in is slow, there is always crowdy and only two receptionists working. They are unpleasant, no single smile from them.Three days in their open, unguarded parking cost 78 euros, it's insane.Coffee machine in their market doesn't work 50% if time, it either doesn't have water or milk or it is in maintenance mode (in the morning, when it is most needed).Garbage cans in front of the entrance are full most of the time, nobody cares emptying them (these photos are taken at noon).I could go on, but this is more than enough to conclude that you should avoid staying here with their prices. It is not worth it.

Superb
Liked: Nice hotel in a convenient location. It’s close to the metro station, which made it easy to get to the city center.

Comfy, good facilities, relaxing place...
Liked: Large rooms, very comfy beds, beautiful view of the Danube from the rooms with the option to have breakfast outside in the morning. Good buffet range of breakfast with speciality coffee machine. The pool and sauna were lovely after a day of sight seeing with good opening hours
Disliked: It’s a little bit far from the centre of Vienna (20-25 minutes total with walking and metro). When we first arrived we accidentally got sent to the wrong room where a couple were already staying! So not the smoothest check in process

Good hotel.
Liked: All good with the room and hotel. Very large room. Ckean and comfy beds. Staff nice Only downsides- breakfast is a very very busy. I think it’s the layout that makes it manic as we are in evening at restaurant and that was fine. I only had breakfast there once…too busy and too expensive for me as I only eat a small cereal bowl and it’s 33euro. If you eat a lot at brekky and don’t mind hectic exprerience you will be fine ! There sightseeing.if I return I would most likely opt for a city centre location myself though this hotel was very good except brekky
Disliked: Breakfast price and busyness

Superb
Liked: Staff very friendly. Dave , Natasha , entire team from the executive lounge were very engaging and caring with the children and of course the adult guests. Reception staff super helpful. Place was clean, run very efficiently. Oxbo bar was very nice , team there as a whole were polite and attentive (few exceptions)We had a great stay.
Disliked: Room we had was a family room with two double beds and sofa bed. The bedroom area was, partitioned by the TV from living area where the sofabed was. It felt a little crowded for our family of 5 (young children). One bathroom and WC was doable but not comfortable for 8 days. We felt we did not have any privacy and had to schedule WC use or where possible share the use of sink, bath, shower at same time which was a new experience for us . The bar staff were not accommodating on one of the evenings when we asked for the external heating (which was in use all the other nights)
