Liked: Spacious and clean rooms. Big sitting area for breakfast. Rich breakfast menu. Calming scenery.

Liked: Great location by the river. Metro and convenience shop only a few mins away. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The hotel cleanliness could be improved. Room was large but the hotel only provides Queen double beds. Therefore my kids had to share the bed.

Liked: I stayed for two nights. Compared with the Hilton brand's usual standards, this hotel is a bit old. However, considering the price, I think it's acceptable. The staff at the hotel's front desk have a very good attitude. In particular, there is a staff member who can speak Chinese. I'm sorry I forgot her name, but she gave me the impression of being professional, kind, and responsible. Her attitude towards everyone made me feel at home. The hotel is also extremely friendly towards pets. When my dog urinated on the bed right after we entered the room, After I communicated with the Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk, they quickly replaced the quilt for me. I'm very grateful for that! The food in the hotel restaurant is diverse. Although the prices are a bit high, they are still acceptable. The only drawback is that the hotel is located in the south of Vienna, and it's somewhat far from attractions such as Schönbrunn Palace.

Liked: We had a lovely time. The location is wonderful, serene, in front of the river, and just 5 minutes to the metro.The rooms are huge, clean and very pleasant.The sauna, as well as the gym, have wonderful views. Loved it!!!

Liked: The location is wonderful. Although not in the city center, it is just 5 minutes to the U2 metro.Looking at the river and enjoying the tranquility makes it an ideal location.
