Liked: The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was very good.
Disliked: When we entered the room, we were greeted by a dirty floor covered in food crumbs, it seemed they forgot to vacuumed the floor. The sink was overflowing, and it clogged whenever we used it. Furthermore, the door security locks were loose.

Liked: The gim was good, and breakfast was very well served. It was near Metrotown so it was easy to travel. The room was clean and the hotel is very elegant. There was a clean pool and spa.
Disliked: The pool wasn't very big, but not very crowded. It was a bit expensive for what it is but it was pretty good.

Liked: Breakfast was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient considering the business of the buffet and morning rush. Lunch was just as good.
