Disliked: I didn’t like that I couldn’t get through to the restaurant during open hours. I couldn’t get through for breakfast or lunch. I was absolutely starving. They need better room service.

Disliked: Service is horrible. Front desk is not trained to use system and check in took 20min; room service wake me up at 7am for nothing. Can't believe I pay for this horrible experience.

I would stay here again...

Liked: I like the location. My daughter loved the breakfast. Beds were very clean.
Disliked: 1) Waiter would charge us an entire breakfast just to have coffee.2) I booked a room for 4 people including breakfast through Booking.com but was only given 3 breakfasts by Hilton.3) There was one day that the cleaners did not clean our room.
