Friendly staff, especially valet. Clean...

Liked: Great locations. Wonderful staff! Clean lobby, elevators and clean rooms. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: Rooms don’t have windows that you can crack for fresh air. The price is steep for what it is. Should be $300 per night not $500+

Disliked: They set the room up for 2, not 3. I didn’t notice there were only 2 bath towels until I was already in the shower. Had to use a hand towel.

Liked: The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was very good.
Disliked: When we entered the room, we were greeted by a dirty floor covered in food crumbs, it seemed they forgot to vacuumed the floor. The sink was overflowing, and it clogged whenever we used it. Furthermore, the door security locks were loose.
