Forgot to give towels

Liked: In the center of Richmond, only takes eight minutes to walk to CF mall. It is very convenient to go to eat and close to the airport. The front desk is very friendly.
Disliked: The cleaner forgot to give us towels, there were no towels in the room.

Great hotel however reimbursement for...

Liked: We didn’t have an opportunity to take advantage of the breakfast due to our schedule
Disliked: They clearly offered shuttle service to and from YVR however it was not available claiming it was not running due to employee contractual breakdown. When I asked for reimbursement for taxis to and from YVR I was informed the hotel was not providing vouchers or refunds!Very disappointing!
