Liked: We did not partake in the breakfast, seemed pricey for the offering.
Disliked: The facility is not located in South Bend, it is located in Mishawaka. That needs to be made clear on the booking document. GPS would not recognize the location, we had to call the motel to get correct directions. We probably would not have booked this property had we known the correct location. We also found the TV systems and shower to be very difficult to use.

Liked: Clean hotel working hot tub excellent staff nice and helpful got us in as early as possible after driving all night and getting there a lil to early room was awesome pool was great didn't really have a issue at all
Disliked: You have to pay for breakfast and it didn't seem worth the 10$ since similar hotels provide the same breakfast for free

Very close to the activities...

Liked: This is our sixth visit to Varsity Club South Bend, Indiana. Our grandkids really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. The rooms were recently red decorated and very bright and cheery. The staff is always polite and accommodating.
Disliked: I had two rooms and they were very far apart, so it was a bit of a walk to get to my grandchildren and children’s room. The breakfast was good, but not exceptional.
