Needs improvement was very disappointed...

Liked: I would have expected a little more for it being a Hilton . I was very disappointed the rooms were small
Disliked: The pool

Liked: Great location and staff very helpful.Housekeeping were great.

Fabulous location with great views...

Liked: The location is great, overlooking the harbour and the lagoon. Room very clean, staff friendly & helpful. Lovely pool area, no problem getting a sun lounger. Nice clean beach towels for guests.
Disliked: Breakfast offering poor - generic over priced Starbucks coffee which you had to serve yourself in paper cups.

Superb

Centrally located hotel with nice...

Liked: Good location centrally located near the beach, restaurants, shopping mall and parks. Room was spacious and light filled. Staff were kind and helpful. Happy hour was good. Pool was nice and not too crowded. Can see the Hilton fireworks from the pool.
Disliked: Rooms felt outdated with worn furniture, not enough drawers and sinks splashed water everywhere. Room was near very loud elevators. Lobby and main pool floors had a mildewy smell at times. Water machines not working or had expired filters.

Great location and very comfortable...

Liked: The pool is very accessible and overall the staff at the pool very helpful. The concierge staff were outstanding and the hotel was in a great location with lots of restaurants and easy walk to the beach and very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The last orders at the pool bar was 9.30 but there were plenty of bars and restaurants around the area which catered for orders after this time.

Could not sleep

Liked: The pool was nice. The staff were friendly.
Disliked: One of the biggest flaws was that one of the elevators made an incredibly loud noise all day every day. We were told that it stops at 10pm but most nights it went all night. When we complained we were offered ear plugs as a solution. They then offered us $200usd credit which we refused. At 1am we rung reception to tell them the elevators was still running which they assured us multiple times it will stop soon. It did now. We could not sleep at all and ended up leaving early. The manager was quite nice and offered us a refund for the last night and remaining nights. I love staying at the Hiltons but this by far was the worst Hilton I have ever stayed at. The bed is really low to the floor making it really hard to get up and down. I really wanted to love the hotel for its location but that elevator completely ruined the experience.
