Disliked: that workers the room to small to dark that food terrible the service or custumer service 0 they dont care abaut costumer service went u get there they have the the middles finger for u .

Liked: I like the modern because it’s quite and simple, clean
Disliked: I was looking for perfect vecation but when it’s come to the location, I have to take bus or Uber to Waikiki which makes me hesitant to go, so I realized location is so important

It was ok just

Liked: Location was really great
Disliked: Beds were so uncomfortable, cups were disposable and no glasses were supplied. Sugar for coffee came in packaging that was so wasteful , it had one sugar one sweetener a creamer sachet( even that milk was supplied ) a stirred an a napkin , so as I wanted 2 sugars I had to open 2 packets. I asked for just sugar and they said this was the only way they had it.

Disliked: There was a strike going on, and it was very loud. Ghetto crowds standing right outside of the hotel.. it's was not a relaxing experience for my first time in Hawaii. The crowd was banging on drums past 10pm. The sad part I was not notified of all this happening.
