Liked: I like the room very clean
Disliked: What I didn’t like was the noise at 3 am that woke me am husband up the room above us was making to much noise we didn’t hey a good night rest

Liked: On the beach,The staff were great from the front desk, to the pool attendant. The pool attendant was great, he was helpfully to make sure everything was good or if needed anything and help with the beach chairs and the umbrella, He gave exceptional customer service and was great.
Disliked: The carpet in the hallways was nasty, I’m assuming people taking the trash down to the trash shoot and you can tell from the dripping from the garbage bags.The pool deck could have been a little cleaner, other resorts I have stay at the pool decks were clean daily sweep, litter picked up.The bed mattress was unbearable hard like sleeping on concrete. The Mattress on the sofa bed wasn’t comfortable. We put a couple of comforters and didn’t help. My daughter has aches and pains due to the mattress from uncomfortableness.

Liked: Very clean, and staff was friendly , the room was very comfortable and good size with everything we needed including a washer and dryer. Pool area was great for my little ones.

Overall, we had a good...

Liked: We loved the room! It was big and beautiful and clean. The pools were shallow but fun. Especially for the kids. The beds were comfortable, and the balconies were very nice. We also loved the Kitchen!
Disliked: The Checkout time was too early. (10:00) We felt rushed to get out in the morning. The housekeepers were waiting for us to leave. I thought that was strange since our room was not ready when we arrived at 4:00.

Liked: It was amazing. It was close to the beach. The pool was fantastic and the staff was outstanding.
Disliked: There was no ball bar in the closet to hang long items
