Disliked: The bed and water pressure were the only thing that can be better

Lake Tahoe, summer fun with...

Liked: The location was fabulous close to everything but not so close that you had to deal with traffic. Our room was very clean and updated and I absolutely love the valet parking.
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like was, every time you come and go during the day there’s a concierge that is continuously trying to sell you on going to a timeshare or signing up for a timeshare even if you make it painfully obvious that you’re not interested so it was very annoying having to pass by him all the time and he would regularly ask if we were interested. I don’t like having someone being so pushy. At one point, he even tried to get my son’s to sign up and they’re minors, granted they look like adults but still it was just so annoying.

Hotel was ok, no restaurant...

Liked: Very nice rooms, comfortable bed, including pullout couch.
Disliked: Air conditioning runs with an incredible high fan volume or you have to turn it off. There is no other option. When it is on, it is very loud and it creates an unpleasant turbulence. But if you turn it off, the room becomes stale and hot very quickly.The other thing to be aware of, if you need to park your car or are in need of luggage storage after checking out, this hotel does not offer this option at all. The day before checkout we received following email: Please be aware that once you checkout, you will not be able to use the amenities on property which includes parking and luggage storage. If you plan on enjoying mountain activities on the day of check out, we suggest you wake up early to secure a parking spot. You will not be able to keep your vehicle or luggage on property past 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.Luckily we didn’t that service, but please be aware that this is their policy.
