A nice location near Cave...
Liked: Nice setting and location near Cave Creek. Kitchen had large fridge. Beds OK comfort but sofabed was not.
Disliked: The ugly cement walkways made of uneven square to the rooms are crooked and had steps with long route from parking lot to room (with more steps). Inconvenient for bulling or carrying bags the 40 yards. Prefer easier more attractive access. Access walkway was not very well lighted at night. The room was nice but seemed dated in colors and decor and for bathroom area. Walkway to room requires squeezing suitcases between cars and mirrors to get to it for our casita and was hard to find with cars parked in front of it. No breakfast, pool, nor amenities nearby - all a drive away by car.

A great spot for a...
Liked: Rancho Manana is a very nice, quiet, small resort with less than 40 housing units. Beautiful grounds, pool, restaurant and while it felt very uncrowded, at check-in we were told they had 100% occupancy. Located far from the lights and glamor of Scottsdale, this isn't the place you go to raise hell or spend all day in a noisy, Las Vegas environment; people are relaxing and enjoying the calm. That said, many of the Scottsdale attractions were only 30-40 minutes away. Our condo was excellent for our family; a 60 year old couple, a 30 year old couple and a 10 month old baby. The kitchen, dining and living area met our needs nicely, and having a small washer & dryer was very handy.
Disliked: It didn't bother us, but if packing your luggage (or a baby) up a flight of stairs, stick with a ground floor unit. The big bathtub was a bit awkward for bathing the baby, but the adult just had to "commit" and climb right in there with the child.

Wish We Hadn’t
Liked: Nice that it was a two bedroom
Disliked: Was given a room that was 22 steps up, which wasn’t disclosed. We have bad hips and knees. We were overcharged at check in and I spent my entire stay trying to solve the issue between the hotel and Booking.com. I guess it was my problem to fix for both companies. Place is a golf course essentially not a resort. Hot tubs were dirty. I would not recommend this place or ever stay here again.

Excellent as always….
Liked: The rooms are huge…this is a full condo space with Livingroom, dining, kitchen patio etc.
Disliked: I only found 22 golf balls and the time went too quick.
