Very comfortable beds, lovely kitchen...

Liked: Very spacious living room, everything spotless!
Disliked: Maybe Netflix? But it was nice to rent old movies.

Liked: The place is lovely, we got a large apartment. The people at the reception were lovely, anything we asked or asked for was taken care of straight away. Parking is close to the apartment and the place is close to attractions.We would love to visit again.

Disappointed in front desk service...

Disliked: When I reserved I asked for a 3pm check in because I was there to attend my brother’s funeral and had to be in downtown Kissimmee at 4pm. I also asked for a first floor room if they didn’t have an elevator, explaining that everyone in our party had a bad back and getting luggage to the 2nd or 3rd floor by stairs would be difficult. When I arrived a little after 3p, no room was available. I asked why no early check in as requested. Response: check in is at 4p; I’ll text you then when your room is ready - it’ll definitely be ready by 4p. At 4:05 I hadn’t received a text so I went to the front desk. The clerk said my room was ready and gave me directions. But I had to pick up the key at another desk. We went to the room and discovered there were no elevators and it was on the 3rd floor. We got up there with some difficulty in the 110 degree heat. After getting changed, we rushed to the funeral home, arriving at 5:30 - only 1-1/2 hours late!!! No apologies offered by hotel. Thank you Hilton for ignoring my requests and not caring that you did.Then, to add insult to injury, we had we had to take cold showers - there was little to no hot water in the shower. I will not stay at this property again and probably not at any other Hilton Vacation Club property.

Disliked: Front bedroom by the door was hot. Had to keep the main room and master very cold just to keep the front bedroom cool.
