Liked: The suite was clean, well stocked and spacious. The staff were kind and accommodating.
Disliked: No elevators. Beds and couch were uncomfortable.

Liked: Room was very spacious and clean. Furnishings were great; we had dishes and everything needed to prepare our own meals. All the amenities were outside , which was okay when it wasn't too hot. Grounds were beautiful.
Disliked: No inside amenities except workout room.

Liked: The size of the room and the equipment are fantastic. The cost benefit is incredible and people are also really kind. I really recommed this place and, when I come back to Orlando, I will be there.
Disliked: Lighting in one room and cleaning could be better but nothing to really cares.

Best vacation booking I have...

Liked: Stayed for a week, until 28/05/2025.From arrival this was a promising place, first and not least because of the friendly security staff (Esther especially, a legend and a legendary talker. What a gem!) and excellent staff in reception, to our pleasant shock at how much better than we expected was the suite, to the squeaky - clean bathrooms, surfaces and linen (thank you Michael Shannon who looked after our block), the excellent pools and spas (busy, hard-working ground staff but always ready to acknowledge one with a smile and a greeting) and the great location, this was our #1 ranked hotel stay of 36 years of marriage.
Disliked: I see no room for improvement, this place is nearer perfect than any place I have stayed at before.
