Disliked: No where to park to load and offload vehicle.

Disliked: I booked thru affirm payment method received confirmation of my stay when I couldn’t check in because hotel said they’ve not been paid called booking.com and affirm none of them gave a resolution of situation so now I am been charged for a 2 night stay that I couldn’t check in don’t recommended at all

Liked: Clean, several swimming pools and hot tub
Disliked: I didn’t like that my 13 year old couldn’t get in the hot tub with us. That seems a bit extreme and age discrimination. If you want to have a hot tub for 21 and older, it should be in a more obscure location. Most hotels with hot tubs allow 13 year olds, or do not enforce a “no kids” rule unless they are not with a parent. The hot tub is right there with all the other pools so this was an issue for us. My son was embarrassed when a staff member told him he could not be in the hot tub. He did not go in any of the pools after that incident. Maybe you could ease up on that restriction.

Disliked: The power went out in the bedroom on 2 separate occasions. The first time was fixed immediately. The second time we requested assistance 3 time before the issue was resolved
