Disliked: Broken elevator. Had to wait the last 2 days on 1 elevator. Called about door hinge issue and the maintenance never came to address it. AC did not cool the last day and all doors were closed.

It was a great hotel...

Liked: The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly. The pools were great for the children.
Disliked: We requested a lower floor due to my mom being afraid of heights and elevators. We were placed on the 16th floor and the to the 13th. It was very uncomfortable walking 13 flights of steps. Also only 1 elevator worked for the rest of the guest.
