Disliked: Elevator broke down and we were on the 3rd floor. It was still down when we left the next day. I understand bad weather but the pools were closed twice during our 2 day stay.

Liked: Beautifully remodeled, clean, modern, extravagant space in the two bedroom, lovely grounds, and amenities
Disliked: The GPS took me to a back entrance at night that was closed, and it appeared that I would not be able to get in, it offered a phone number, but it was very hard to get through to a person, but when I finally did, they directed me to the correct front entrance.

Relaxing environment

Liked: It was a great relaxing stay. I enjoyed it. The rooms were spacious and accommodating.
Disliked: The only problem I had was the early morning banging on my door from housekeeping. It's rude, obnoxious and unsettling to be shaken out of your sleep. This detail of the stay seems to be a Hilton trademark. I don't like it. It's one of the reasons Hilton is no longer my first choice.Also, the restaurant was very underwhelming. The offerings I guess, are more for young children and families. We only ate there once.

Liked: Location and amenities. Fernando at the Dunes pool was great. He provided excellent customer service to our family.
