The property was beautiful and...

Liked: The amenities
Disliked: No elevator had to take luggage up 3 staircases, the staff did offer to help. Still too much for the staff in my opinion.

Will never rent there again

Disliked: They put me in an adjoining room so we heard everything the other room was doing and would keep us up … the door to the room was broken.. you couldn’t use the balcony of the room. The toilet didn’t flush correctly

Liked: This is my favorite property to stay at when I come to visit the Disney parks. The location puts you about 15 minutes away from the parks, very close to shops and dining. The property has basketball courts, playgrounds, pools at both this location and its sister property across the way. The rooms are spacious, clean, stocked with everything you need and includes a washer and dryer! This will continue to be our go to location when staying in Orlando.
Disliked: I wish they served coffee at the store on site or maybe in the lobby so you can fuel up for a busy day.

Liked: Bed was massive, had a bath in the middle of the room,
Disliked: After check in your are sent to the concierge desk to get your parking pass once you have that they try and get you to go to a presentation about grand hilton vacation clubs for 2hrs and you will receive $250 and a 7 night stay in any hilton world wide but it's actually them trying to sell you a timeshare once I got in the room and read the documents I realised this so I called down to front desk cancel.
