AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!

Disliked: AVOID THIS HOTEL if you want to sleep at night or value your privacy in any way! I have stayed at many a hotel, but never had an experience like I had at this Hilton. Upon entering, while getting your parking tag, they attempt to coerce you into a some sort of presentation that seems like a timeshare sale. They are quite pushy about it. Once you get to your room, it is clean; however, you’ll be able to hear EVERY SINGLE word from the occupants next door, I was unable to sleep. My neighbors were speaking at a reasonable volume and I heard what they were eating for dinner (apparently ham sandwiches). I was hearing them walk. I was hearing plates and forks clinking together, and the sound of food wrappers opening. It was ridiculous. The hotel’s attempt to remedy the lack of sound barrier was to add a sign telling everyone to be quiet between the hours of 10pm and 6 am. My husband and I ended up whispering to one another because every word we said would be heard. This was unacceptable and the hotel was not helpful in refunding the night as it was reserved through Booking.com. They did end up changing our room to one without out an occupant next-door, but could not promise the adjacent room would stay unoccupied. Additionally there are no elevators so be mindful of that. But they will help with transporting luggage if needed. We ended up only staying one night and paying for another hotel for the remaining of our stay. If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would.

Disliked: The only thing that I did not care for was that there were no elevators for my mom to get up to the second floor.

Liked: Staff was excellent. Very helpful and communicative.
Disliked: Room was odd. We were in a studio where the shower and sink were out in the main room. There was no way to quietly get ready in the morning. There was no elevator and we were on the 2nd floor.

Liked: It was quiet. Staff was very friendly. Always checked in on me. Location was close to everything. Malls, attractions and food.
Disliked: Only thing I was disappointed about was the pool was closed for renovation. So didn't get to experience the volcano pool but you was allowed to go across the street to they next location for they amenities.
