Liked: Nice place, lots of amenities, felt like a second home and not a hotel. Had laundry machines in the room, kitchen was fully furnished with dishes, etc.
Disliked: Beds are too firm.

Liked: First night of arrival with no where to park. Staff let us know that they overbooked on top of giving many guests double parking passes. After lapping around the lot for 10 min after having driven 10 hours to get there, we were over it. Had to go back into the lobby to the desk to tell them yet again that parking in a fire lane was not going to work for us. A mod gave up her parking spot but didn’t seem too thrilled to do so. Came out the next morning and roughly 50 cars had citations from fire lane parking. Also had rude neighbors that not only stayed loud up until 2 in the morning but also knocked on our door at 330 one morning awaking us from sleep. Lobby did send security to remedy this. However, paper thin walls.
