Disliked: It needs some type of walkway between buildings.ie. living places and the pools. The outdoor pool temperature was way too hot. It was like a hot tub.Allow lap swim in the pool at an earlier hour than 8:00 am.

Disliked: It's hard to find anything bad! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and the family's first trip to the outer banks. We will be back and stay here again

It was okay. I guess...

Liked: Location. Amenities, when they were open. The reserved beach parking. Clean rooms.
Disliked: - We were on time for check-in but delayed because “our” room wasn’t ready yet. After a 45 minute wait we were giving a “different” room. The area we were roomed in had multiple empty rooms available so I’m not sure why we were waiting. We were next door to another family with a 1 year old. Why would you place families right next to each other when you have space to separate them. The walls are very thin. We were not bothered by the fuss of an infant but felt bad if we made noise knowing the baby needed rest.- Construction during peak season. We missed a full day at the outdoor pull because of construction. Maybe this isn’t a big deal for others but when rain was in the forecast it took away from the joy of the vacation for our children. On days of potential rain we were told by the staff that NC state law says if thunder or lightning is within 3-4 miles you can’t swim indoors? I can understand the closure of the outdoor pool but also the indoor pool?nc
