Liked: I like the room, it’s big , comfortable, has two TVs, and well maintained.The shuttle bus service is also great esp in transporting to the airport, then to ride the train in going to downtown Toronto.

Liked: Very good location near airport and free shuttle bus servive every 30min to airport. Airport you van take UP train easily to city centre. Hotel has great gym and pool and sauna area ,room was clean and bed was big. Hotel staff was nice and helpful . There is restaurant in hotel lobby with serves breakfast ,it was little bit pricy but very ,very good!

Disappointing from start to finish!

Liked: One of the only highlights of our stay was the option for in-room dining. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and everything was quickly delivered.
Disliked: Upon arrival, my daughter presented her Hilton credit card to pay for our incidentals and requested to have her Hilton Honors added to the account (while acknowledging that we wouldn't receive points since I booked via Booking). The receptionist refused to add her number and failed to acknowledge her Hilton member status. We have traveled around the world, and I typically book through Booking, and we have never once had this issue. At the very least, when she presents her card, we're at least welcomed as Hilton members and sometimes even given a free bottle of water as a thanks for our continued loyalty. Instead, water was $5 at this location (more expensive than Perrier). Beyond that, upon checking into our room, we discovered it was filthy: dust everywhere, dirt everywhere, holes in the wall, strange white powder on the floor, holes in the office chair, and brown scale in the sink, stains on the counter. Had our check-in been more positive, we might've asked for a change of rooms, but the curt attitude made us hesitant to push our luck since our loyalty to Hilton was clearly not of interest to the front desk. The in-room hairdryer was also unusable as it had buildup that could have led to a fire.

Would stay again

Liked: Beds are lovely. Staff very nice. Food was great.
Disliked: Pool was a little cold and the shower mixer didn’t work very well.
