A brief visit to Toronto

Liked: Very close to the airport, it has a shuttle that runs frequently both to and from it. We used it to get to the city from the airport because everything is connected by buses and trains. The hotel is 6 minutes away from a Tim Hortons. The hotel is pet friendly. The pool was a delightful surprise for us; my son particularly enjoyed it.

Superb

Liked: The staff were superb, the room was nice and clean, the room service food was delicious.
Disliked: The only thing I would have loved is a hot tub (sometimes saunas don't cut it) and larger bath towels in the room. Luckily I grabbed an extra larger one when I was down at the pool.

Good choice for overnight stay...

Disliked: The instruction on how to get to the shuttle service from Pearson airport once you exit the custom

Brilliant short stay

Liked: Big quiet room, comfy beds, clean. Only had one night arriving late pm. Quick check in. Delicious breakfast, very friendly staff and shuttle to and from airport was good

Disliked: In the morning the people lined up for the shuttle was more than it could hold. Some had to wait for the next shuttle. Hilton used to book times for shuttle so there was no overcrowding. Perhaps they should return to this system

Did the job

Liked: Good location close to airport. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Front counter staff were dismissive and lacking in personality or warmth.
