Disliked: The furnitures in the room were not in a condition you expect in Hilton. Poorly cleaned room and bathroom. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. No gluten free options even promised. After asking I waited 20 minutes just to ask again and got a tiny small piece of tasteless bread. Service in general poor.

Liked: The room was pleasant and comfortable, with a very cozy bed. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and professional. The services were highly efficient, and the venue was overall impressive. I will definitely return.
Disliked: The pillows provided in the room were a bit too soft for both me and my girlfriend. We kindly requested for firmer pillows, however, the replacements provided were of the same softness as the original ones.Additionally, I had specifically booked a King Executive Room as it was advertised to include a coffee machine. To my disappointment, there wasn't one in the room upon my arrival. While I understand that these things can happen, it was an inconvenience that I did not anticipate having to deal with.The room appeared larger and more spacious in the photographs, but upon arrival, I found it to be considerably smaller, particularly the toilet and shower area.To my dismay, the minibar was completely empty, lacking even a complimentary bottle of water. This oversight left me with the impression that guest comfort was not a top priority, as a refreshing bottle of water upon arrival would have been a thoughtful gesture to help me relax and hydrate after my journey.
