Liked: Hotel was nice, staff was nice. I ordered 4 Danishes, 4 croissants, coffee and orange juice to be delivered in the morning and got charged $86.00. Parking was $20.00. WIFI even costs at this hotel!

Exceptional

Very good

Liked: The staff was very courteous and attentive, couldn't ask for better customer service. The onsite starbucks was lovely convenience and the food at the restaurant was surprisingly good.
Disliked: The safe in our room was broken however we were able to leave our valuables in a safety deposit box.

Disappointed because the pictures are...

Disliked: The room pictures listed on the website are completely different from the room we have got. The pictures on the website showed a renovated room, new showers, clean. When I got to the hotel, the room was way older than the pictures, old showers with rust, even the towels where old material.

Nice Hotel, Just Need To...

Liked: I LOVED the location, walking distance to pretty much anything one would need. The staff was extremely friendly. And the room is a nice size
Disliked: The bathroom was out of date. The shower/tub combo was not up to the usual Hilton standards. It originally looked dirty, but I realized it was discoloration from being so old. The paint on the tub was literally peeling. The shower head was old, and the water pressure was trash. Nice hotel, they just need to renovate their bathrooms. I was there 5 nights and absolutely hated using that thing.
