Liked: Hotel was nice, staff was nice. I ordered 4 Danishes, 4 croissants, coffee and orange juice to be delivered in the morning and got charged $86.00. Parking was $20.00. WIFI even costs at this hotel!

Disliked: The power went out in the middle of the night. I found it very unnecessary for them to let everyone know over a loud speaker, that they were experiencing this problem. We were all sleeping and would've never known. I suffer from ptsd and having a loud voice yelling, waking me was not pleasant. Very unhappy with the way they handled the situation. Other then that I was very happy with my stay.

Liked: Good location and nice clean room.
Breakfast was really good.
Disliked: The pool area is middle of the high buildings. For this price could expect even more...

Liked: Room was clean
Disliked: I was in room 1539....very noise. A lot of traffic. I didn't get any sleep. I had to be up very early. I was very disappointed for the cost. $200.00 per night.

Liked: Everything was fine for a short stay.
The in house restaurant was convenient. The hotel was close to the amazing Tampa Riverwalk.

Disliked: They did not apply my hilton honors status explaining that this stay cannot be counted toward my points since I did not book with the hotel directly. I asked for my bill to be send to me via email- no luck, still waiting. Will have to call them tomorrow to be able to complete my expense report. You would definitely expect a better service from a chain that markets itself as "business friendly "
