Hilton Tampa Downtown

Liked: Hotel was nice, staff was nice. I ordered 4 Danishes, 4 croissants, coffee and orange juice to be delivered in the morning and got charged $86.00. Parking was $20.00. WIFI even costs at this hotel!

Liked: Check in was easy and quick. Valet parking was great. Checked out at 10:30 but still no receipt. Also, there is a leak behind the bath lavatory and the wall next to the bed is very soft and wet. Might create a mold issue.

Liked: Breakfast was terrific. Location was perfect. Isabella, who was working the front desk was wonderful. She made our 13-year old’s birthday extra special with a surprise goody bag brought to our room, including a slice of key lime pie to celebrate. It was unexpected & amazing guest service.

Liked: Everything was great. The only complaint I have, was my room was right by the elevator shaft and somewhat noisy. They offered to move me but since I was only staying for two nights, I said that wasn't necessary.
Disliked: Noisy elevator next to my room. See above statement. Otherwise, I had a great stay at your facility. Thank you.

Liked: The restaurant downstairs and pool on 5th floor were great.
Disliked: 1. There's a mandatory daily fee of $75.00 for valet and "destination fees" that weren't discussed prior to booking. 2. The pool closes early and so does the 5th floor bar. 3. The rooms are incredibly small. 4. No microwave in rooms
