Liked: Location was good. Some staff on check in tried pretty hard
Disliked: Pool and spa weren’t functioning properly which was why we booked. Spa wasn’t working and no towels for pool. Gym staff unhelpful. Won a voucher from the hotel for a bar that was closed. Room make up was minimal effort. Some room service pretty poor. Basically some good some bad

Disliked: Rooms were on seperate floors, and was woken up @ 6am for a wake up call for a different room that we didn’t order. No apology given

Liked: Clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing.
