Good room, good amenities, expensive,...

Liked: First use of Executive Lounge was good.
Disliked: Parking! I took one night with valet parking which was good but expensive. For the second day I moved to Secure parking which was very misleading. Advertised as max $39 per day I expected to pay $39 for 20 hours. Instead I paid just over $78 since it was on two separate calendar days and a bit extra since it went past noon?!I will need to come up with an alternative if I'm to stay more than one night.

Liked: Property was clean, well maintained, staff treated us well. Convenient location. Most of those staying were nice and polite. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean. Parking was easy, check in and check out was smooth.
Disliked: One of the major reasons I was upset about my stay at hilton was that online and in check out I was told the spa, pool and sauna facilities close at 10. However at around 6pm my girlfriend, me and our other two friends got dressed to go use the facilities, however we were told they were already closed and shut at 5:45. There were multiple people who had said the same thing to us we seen they were dressed for the pool and asked if they were told 10pm closing time and they agreed. Sadly we were unable to use any of those facilities and as a group we were extremely excited about them.

Liked: Everything was perfect. Room, staff, location and cleanliness. Also, the hotel is right next to the QVB tram stop.
Disliked: Nothing and really enjoyed our stay.
