Terrible customer service experience

Disliked: I booked 3 rooms. the check-in process took over 30 mins as the staff member firstly couldn't find 2 of the 3 rooms, then the room they did find, they told me it hadn't been reserved. The staff member was totally unhelpful, and had an "oh well" attitude.
