Not what I expected from...

Disliked: Check in was poor. Staff member was not welcoming, made no effort to engage or offer advice, didn't even provide directions to the lift on completion, no questions about our luggage.Concierge was not helpful later in the evening when we asked for a recommendation for a late night drink, we discovered in the morning that there was a venue in the hotel.

Disliked: Construction Noise from outside, despite I stayed relatively high up.

Disliked: TV offering was very poor - no sport and had to pay for movies. And Netflix connection on TV. Also no cereal at buffet breakfast?

Disliked: No block out blinds in the room. Couldn’t sleep because it was too bright outside. Woke up early because of the light coming in
