Disliked: The swimming pool was closed early when I reported it to the manager he said he would get back to me and let me know why. There was a lot of people waiting to go for a swim with kids but disappointed.

Great room and staff ruined...

Liked: Great room - great position. Helpful staff.
Disliked: Confusing with the aircon in the room - was very hot (23 degrees) in the middle of the night and only a lot of button pushing eventually reduced that to something more enjoyable. Basically the thermostat was a significant issue. Also the parking charged me $80 for my overnight stay despite indicating that it was $50 overnight. That's outrageous and seriously impacted my enjoyment of the stay.
