Pleasant stay apart from lift...

Liked: LocationRoim layout
Disliked: Extremely slow lift services. Only 3 lifts servicing the entire Boulevard Tower. During our stay 1 lift was broken and was not repaired quickly enough so there were shocking delays in getting in and out, especially during check out. We already requested a late check out at 12 instead of 11 but the wait was 30 mins. We called reception and after 15 mins they went up to help us go down, for which we were grateful. Otherwise we would not have been able to get in a lift because we have elderly people with 2 wheelchairs.
