Liked: The staff at the front desk were very helpful.
Disliked: We had booked an ocean view room and were given a room that faced the loud city with only a partial view of the ocean that could be seen only if you went on the balcony. When we booked this room there was no mention of that this room doesn't face the ocean, and when we discussed this with the front desk they said they were full and couldn't change our room at any point of our six day stay which was disappointing. We had to ask for simple things to be brought up in the room like spare garbage bags, a dust pan, salt and pepper, replacement milk, and a toilet brush. Coffee was never replenished during our stay. We also had to ask for blankers, sheets and pillows for the pull out couch even though they knew there were six people in the room and they didn''t set up the bed or provide enough sheets, blankets and pillows The front desk staff did organise someone to bring everything we asked for, however when the housekeeper came on the third day to clean the room, all the spare plillows and sheets were taken away so we needed to ask again for them to be brought back. The coffee machine was leaking and needed to be replaced, the vacuum hose was completely broken off and needed to be replaced, the tap in the washroom sink kept coming off. The internet connection to the the TV wasn't working consistently and had to have some one come up multiple times to address the problem. The dryer was brown and dirty inside. The room needs a lot of work to maintain it and keep it up to a higher standard. General maintenance needs to be done more regularly. It felt run down and dated.Nightclubs were right below us and it was so loud every night and it was hard to sleep. One staff member who came up to bring housekeeping items on the first night had a lot of attitude and was not friendly at all. The hallway on our floor stunk like garbage our entire stay. The smell was coming from the garbage shoot and was putrid. The parking garage was even worse!

Disliked: Only 3 beds for a family of five. We booked for five. They even had the nerve to ask me if I wanted a roll away bed for an additional $45 a night. I told them that with how much we had paid and how long we were booked in for they should give us the bed for free.

Liked: The room was fantastic & was well kept. We absolutely loved the locality of the hotel & the fact we were so close to all of the local restaurants, bars & entertainment hub. Everything from the buffet breakfast to the incredible pool amenities was magic.
