Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The food for room service was not very good. Pasta was overcooked, the top had dried out, and it didn't taste nice.The other guest were dirty leaving rubbish, towels, glasses everywhere and weren't supervising their kids in the pool.

Disliked: The person that checked us in was not very polite and and very condescending regarding the booking I made through bookings.com. I ended up paying $280 extra.Not just that they put us through a 2 bed room apartment, which is not my original booking. A couple of minutes after we went in through our room someone has open the door another guest from the hotel and says that this was the room that was give to them. It’s so so awkward and very embarrassing situation.

Overpriced small rooms

Disliked: Very small rooms, no balconies, pictures are confusing, you book the room with a view and you get a room on the 3d floor overlooking a wall, very think walls, you sleep basically in the corridor and hear the lift and your neighbors, and price is 500$ a night, absolutely no go here’s
