Liked: Excellent staff from check in to check out.Emerson on reception made us feel right at home and guided us through our stay. Conor in the executive lounge was a super host. Very well ran hotel.

I had a nice stay.

Liked: Staff and room cleanest.
Disliked: I paid for ocean view but the room location was not very good for it so I feel like the room should cost this much.

Truely awful. Poor value for...

Liked: Staff were friendly
Disliked: Even on 12th floor could hear everything from the nightclubs and street belowRooms had peeling wallpaper, single ply toilet paper, chipped and marked furniture Executive Lounge mostly locked up, and on 2nd floor next to pool area. Pools shared by residences as well

Liked: Wr had a great room with plenty of space. Bed was amazing and bath amenities were awesome. Crabbtree and apple soap was lovely and staff were more than helpful.Buffet breakfasts are also fantastic we ordered a custom omelette each day. Very nice and would stay at the Hilton again. Thankyou for a lovely experience.Only downfall can be the elevators. Be wary of the busy moments. 3pm check ins.Otherwise seemless and good value. Highly recommend..
