PLEASE DO BETTER

Liked: Great location with many restaurants and highway access. Cleaning staff was amazing and deserve huge praise.
Disliked: We were in the suite.1- No sponge to wash dishes 2- lack of ventilation 3- retuned to the hotel at midnight, realized I left the key access in the suite room. The whole family was sleeping. Asked staff to help generate another key access. I showed them confirmation of booking and ID, the staff refused due to providing "not enough proof". Provided no alternative and refused a paying guest to sleep in the room we paid for.

Overall fine for what we...

Liked: The location was good, the parking was convenient and the room was a good size.The shower was probably one of the best showers I have ever had in a hotel!!
Disliked: Both of the double beds were not comfortable at all.They rolled into the middle.My husband and I both could not sleep well!Carpet looked like it needed to be replaced.

Superb

Liked: The room was clean, beds were comfortable. Overall was okay.
Disliked: Booked a King Suite and was given a room with two double beds.
