Have stayed in many Hilton...

Liked: Nothing other than the size of the room.
Disliked: Staff were not friendly, there was no shampoo in the bathroom, the aircon was inconsistent, room telephone didn't work, the night security guard was extremely rude (This was reported to reception but no apology or the name of the security guard was provided to me). Amy at the cafe was extremely rude. Two days on the trott I was told that the Cappuccino machine wasn't working. The night before another waitress made cappuccino from a machine inside.
