Nice place with updates needed...

Liked: Size of room and bathroomsome parts of the room were nicely updated
Disliked: Furniture was old and dirty, shower needed updatingStaff was polite but not inviting, told them of issues in room upon checkout, it was obvious she didn't care

Underwhelming

Disliked: Bathrooms are old and need renovated. The furniture was very overused, scratches and pulls all over. Maybe would have been fine if I was paying for a lesser chain but I expect more from a Hilton.

Great stay with Excellent Staff...

Liked: I enjoyed the stay and the Counter person placed me on a higher floor because of the amount of young people booked. Having that foresight without me asking was VERY Appreciated and spoke volumes for their Customer support skills.
Disliked: only staying one night, the service and care was exceptional. and the room was very accommodating and comfortable.
