Not worth the money paid...

Liked: Room okay
Disliked: Room not soundproofed enough - heard adjoining room and hallway noise. Beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. No towels service and no notice they wouldn't clean rooms. Staff moving quickly in halls - almost run over with carts multiple times. Breakfast choices minimal and food not worth the price.

GOOD LOCATON TO STAY WITH...

Liked: LOCATION IS EXCELLENT, VERY SLIENT AND CALM AREA, ESPECIALLY WITH CANAL VIEW ROOMS. LOBBY IS SPACIOUS AND SECURITY IS EXCELLENT ESPECIALLY AT NIGHTTIME.
Disliked: BREAKFAST IS AVERAGE, NEED IMPROVEMENT ALOT. NO BELLBOY AVAILABLE, CLEANING IS DONE ON REQUEST ONLY. ROOMS NEED SOME MORE MODICATION, MAINLY WASHROOMS.

Liked: When we stayed on christmas eve last year. The room was in another part of the hotel. This section was old and you hear everything that is going on in the hall. We stayed the night because I had a doctor's appt. in Stockton. We were awakened by loud talking in the hall at 6 a.m.
Disliked: Always the water feature.

Great amenities, but slamming doors,...

Liked: Great atmosphere and aesthetics. It was very clean, and the staff was kind and attentive.
Disliked: It was so loud. We could hear conversations in the hallway through our closed door. (Not people being loud, just regular talking.) In order to close your door, you HAD to slam it loudly. The air-conditioner sounded like a plane landing when it cut on. It woke me up at night when I was sleeping because it was so loud.

Disliked: Breakfast is far from what one expect from Hilton. Poor in quality and variety. Room is big but the bathroom is too small. Wifi is unstable.
