Overall I would not stay there again unless I had no other choice.

Liked: The employees were very friendly.
Disliked: Cockroaches in the room. Everything could've and should've been cleaner. The restaurant was bad food at expensive prices. Parking was very confusing. The shuttle only runs on weekdays and only goes to downtown Stamford. It does not go to the Capitol Theater and cabs are expensive. The housekeepers didn't have towels when I tried to exchange the dirty ones for clean ones. I had to try twice before the third time was a charm. The bellhop completely ignored the "do not disturb" sign.

Fine hotel. In an office park and a little worn. Right near train station!

Liked: The lobby was very nice. The woman in the convenience store was nice.
Disliked: The lobby was very deceiving compared to the rest of the hotel. Our room did not seem updated as much as the other parts of the hotel. Night shift front desk staff was not friendly. Room and hallway smelled like covered up must/mold. Carpets of the hotel room felt damp. Tub had scum around the drain, and the drain plug was out. Only two sets of towels in a room meant to accommodate for four people. Also, the “50 inch” TV was more like 36”.

Disliked: Everything but the lobby was run down, the room wasn’t good and the parking garage was leaking and caused hard water spots all over my car
